Depositing at Kundu365 is a bank transfer from your BSP or Kina Bank account, followed by a short form where you upload your transfer slip. The minimum is K10, your balance is in kina, and cards aren't accepted. Here's every step.
The smallest deposit is K10. The deposit screen has quick-select buttons for common amounts, or you can type in any amount you like. Your balance is shown in PGK (kina), so there's no currency conversion.
The bank account details on the deposit screen change from time to time. Before every deposit, open the deposit screen and check the latest details, even if you deposited last week. Never send money to an account number you saved from an earlier deposit or got from somewhere other than your own deposit screen. If you're unsure, ask Kundu365 through Live Chat before you transfer.
You don't need a banking app to deposit. Most PNG players make the transfer with SMS banking, and Kina Bank customers also have WhatsApp banking as another option. With SMS banking, your bank sends you a slip by SMS once the transfer goes through. Screenshot that message and upload it on the deposit screen as your transfer slip. However you send the money, transfer the exact amount and enter the reference number as your payee reference. If you haven't set up SMS or WhatsApp banking yet, your bank can show you how.
The two things players most often miss are the payee reference and the transfer slip. The deposit screen tells you to enter the reference number when you transfer and to submit the form with your slip, so do both. Copy the reference from the screen instead of typing it by hand.
Kundu365 takes bank transfers through BSP Bank and Kina Bank, by SMS banking, mobile banking or online banking. Visa, Mastercard and other cards are not accepted, so make sure you have one of those two bank accounts before you start.
Once your balance updates, your deposit is ready to use on Kundu365's games. If you want to play 918Kaya, deposit through your account and Kundu365 issues you a 918Kaya login ID and password, which you use in the separate 918Kaya app. Our 918Kaya guide covers the full steps.
If your balance hasn't updated, tap Refresh first, then contact Kundu365 through Live Chat if it still isn't showing. When you're ready to cash out, the minimum withdrawal is K50, also by bank transfer.
