Your VIP level comes from your total deposits, from Bronze at K3,000 to Diamond at K1,000,000. The tier upgrade bonus is paid once per level, from K38 (Bronze) up to K3,888 (Diamond), as cash with no turnover. The monthly VIP bonus, from K18 to K888, is a credit with turnover x5, and you earn it when you make the minimum deposit for your level in the same month. Turnover is how far your balance has to grow before you can withdraw a bonus. For example, in the Jackpot 188 promotion, a K10 deposit plus a K2 random bonus makes K12, and with turnover x2 you must reach K24 to unlock withdrawal.
